What is Tide After Tide LLC's return policy: 

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please reach out and we will resolve the issue. Please repackage your order in the envelope it was received in, tape it closed and we will provide you a shipping label to send it back. When your order is received in- house, we will refund your entire order minus shipping. (We have to pay to ship it back to us.)

What if I receive my order and it's damaged?

Please email us photos of the damaged product as soon as you can. EVERY order is insured and we will file a claim for the damage. A new order will be sent out ASAP. No need to wait on the claim. WE'LL do that. 

How long does it take to ship an order?

If it is Monday through Friday and it's before 3pm, we will ship out the USPS orders THAT day. If it is AFTER 3PM, all USPS orders AND anything being shipped by FedEx or UPS will be the following business day. 

Who does Tide After Tide use for shipping?

Shippo. Shippo offers better discounts for YOU. Pirate Ship is right behind them. Those two are the favorites (not paid to say that) simply because of the rates for our customers. 

What forms of payment do you take?

All of them listed. (except cash, the computer doesn't have a slot for that.) If you feel the need to mail a check or money order.... we can make it happen. 

What does Tide After Tide LLC do with my information?

We fulfill orders with it. That's it. We do not store, sell, distribute, give away, secretly tell or offer ANY of your information what-so-ever to any entity, company, or person. EVER.

Who does Tide After Tide LLC have their website through?

IONOS. Read their privacy policy. 

How does Tide After Tide LLC take payments?

IONOS has their own platform for debit and credit through their online storefront. Stripe offers the rest. Read their privacy policies.

Are Tide After Tide LLC's photos really copyrighted? 

YES. They are filed with the Copyright office as of 2026. Please do not distribute them without permission or there could be legal actions, fines and restitution payments.
